I’m a creative at heart with a background in marketing, design, and digital publishing. I focus on creating clean, intentional design that works together, so brands feel consistent and easy to use, not pieced together.

After completing my Marketing diploma at NAIT and specializing in visual design and digital publishing, I spent several years in a corporate marketing role. There, I gained hands-on experience in sales coordination, visual content creation, and digital communications, all of which shape how I approach design today.

Alongside that, I continued taking on freelance projects, working with small businesses on logos, marketing materials, and websites. Some projects are full brand builds, others are one-off pieces, but the goal is always the same: to make sure everything feels clear, consistent, and actually works.

That’s what led me to build Avaris Designs, a space where I can focus on thoughtful, well-executed work without overcomplicating the process.

Recently, I made a lifestyle shift and moved to my partner’s farm. It’s been a change of pace (and perspective), but it’s also reinforced how much I value work that’s both creative and practical. Avaris lets me stay connected to that, helping businesses build brands that not only look good, but feel right.
